This is my birthday month and about a week ago I celebrated my
51st birthday! Unlike the year I turned 50, this year felt easy and smooth moving into into 51.
Why you may ask??
Well, I’m NOT joking when I say this and it may sound dark and creepy at first, but HEAR ME OUT!
I accepted its 1 more year closer to DEATH ‍♀‼‍♀
What the He** are you saying, Esther??
Well, its true! And honestly, its fine!
If we understood why we are here, then we would all be saying that!!
We are all here at EARTH SCHOOL for a very short time!
It’s nothing but a blip!
Eventually we all go back to a place where we get ready for the next round of our spiritual path and we start all over again learning, growing, transforming, towards our highest good!
There’s nothing to fear! It’s all part of this magical process, which we yes we, chose!!! Fighting it is futile, we might as well accept it and lean into it with grace, easy and gratitude!

Having a Tea Ceremony ☕ and Dinner with a few close friends…
I was able to do this and it was a wonderful experience, reminding me of the HEALING POWER OF TEA but NOT just any Tea, A traditional Tea Ceremony conducted by a trained Tea Master who dedicated their life to this craft.

Many times, we may feel out of sorts when spending time with family. It’s a time when all our baggage could surface and mirror back to us our shortcomings and shortcomings of others!
I know that especially in blended families these scenarios could really heat up!
Here’s a few things I’ve done throughout this holiday season that seems to help me manage my crazy
EQ to the Rescue
1. I acknowledge my role within the family. My strength and weakness! How can I be of service?
2. I acknowledge that everyone has their own level of crazy and everyone is doing their best!
3. A few months ago, I started working on my inner peace regiment and these tools have helped me stay present and calm which has helped me during the various triggering moments!
4. Only “I” am responsible for my level of crazy so blaming others for triggering me will never bring me inner peace! ☮
5. Practicing being grateful for the lessons and growth because that’s really the only reason for being here at Earth School

This has definitely been a contentious time!
Many of us do feel frustrated irritated with the OTHER… for maybe NOT understanding our views!!
Many of us may feel like “why can’t they see the truth or the light why can’t they understand what’s really going on here!!
But here’s what I do know…
-Each of us truly cares about doing the right thing in this election!
-Each of us cares about our families, friends and neighbors enough to get out there and vote for the best candidate!
-Each of us cares about our futures!
– I feel connected to everyone so much during this time because we are all doing something as American’s and we are all fighting for the same hopeful changes for our nation!
——We just may see the road to get there a bit differently!——
EQ to the rescue
1. Accepting that we are all spiritual beings on a human journey!!
2. Compassion / Forgiveness for those that may NOT agree with your views!
3. Have faith in YOUR own path, trust that everything is moving you towards the good and a new direction for growth and transformation!
4. Have gratitude for the crazy! We don’t grow if we are stagnant and therefore life is always willingly helping us move forward towards our highest good!

So, here’s my thoughts about all this, I am very open and supportive of exploration of the moon, stars, galaxy , deep seas and water life, etc…
But what I can’t understand, why not spend millions of dollars, time and energy doing all we can to make our current home
a heavenly oasis??
I hear certain inventors saying “when we trash this place, we can go to the moon or to the deep sea” and I’m like, WHAT?? WHY WOULD WE SPEND ALL THIS TIME TRASHING THIS BEAUTIFUL PLANET AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE??
See, unfortunately, this is the HUMAN CONDITION, always wanting to escape to the next place, get the next new game, next new wife, etc.
Well, sorry to burst our bubble but as Kabbalah, an ancient spiritual philosophy would tell us… This is NOT where we will find our fulfillment. This is NOT where we will find that growth and transformation we ALL SEEK even if we are NOT fully aware that we are seeking it.
If we truly want to find true fulfillment and happiness and freedom from DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, STRESS, FEAR, that will ONLY come from digging our heels into those things that we may not always enjoy at first but will learn to love over time for example-
1. Taking on a challenging project…
2. Losing weight or getting healthier…
3. Quit Smoking…
4. Walking away from a toxic relationship…
etc….
So, let’s focus on diving deep into those things that we know we MUST DO and do them with an intention to find that ultimate fulfillment creating the BEST POSSIBLE SCENARIO RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!!! HAVING GRATITUDE FOR EVERY MOMENT!!
This is me at the Vatican requesting access for the POPE MASS which can only be received through the SWISS GUARDS AT THE GATE!! HE’S CUTE CAN’T GO WRONG WITH A MAN IN UNIFORM!

So much technology …
and we still can’t seem to figure out how to work with NATURE!!
It’s been done long before and even being done now in other parts of the world! So why can’t we???
Why are we spending millions on wars??
Why are we spending millions of hours on all the destruction??
Why can’t we spend time on making our lives safer and better for us all to enjoy??

Here’s a great example of what we can do now and always!! I pray for all those effected by this terrible storm and all the other terrible things happening around the world!! we can learn from this man in the video talking about community and how they all work together to succeed in this community!!
This is a spiritual fight!!
We may not ever find peace on earth!
But we have to individually do our best to choose the light!

I can honestly say… like many, I am concerned!! Yet, I know that yelling at my neighbors or my friends about who they ARE or NOT voting for is NOT going to fix the problem!
See, the powers that be, know that if we are at ODDS that will create a civil unrest and that’s exactly what they want!
I for one am NOT going to fall pray to that darkness! Its hard at times because I do feel that WHY would we want the same crap for another four years, 8 years, etc… “the meaning of inanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results”
Yet, arguing, yelling, fighting with those that oppose me is doing nothing other than creating the WAR and CHAOS that they want!!
Therefore, I decided to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY with all my heart.
Just a disclaimer, I am NOT a airy fairy person, I am practical and spiritual in a very grounded way. I do believe in Angels, Spirit Guides and True Sincere Intention. It has always worked for me and I know it will continue till the day I die!
Now, I will continue to do my homework; learning, watching, listening and all the rest of it so that I am truly informed because we live in a physical reality. But I will PRAY PRAY PRAY for
the right outcome that will be in the highest good for ALL PEOPLE, ALL NATIONS, ALL G-D ‘S CHILDREN… ✨
Given that this is a BIG ASK… ITS GONNA TAKE ALL OF US!!
I ASK FOR ANYONE WHO IS UP TO THIS TASK TO JOIN ME…
PRAY PRAY PRAY WITH A OPEN HEART AND MIND FOR THE ULTIMATE AND HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL, while still doing your homework and trusting that you will be lead to make the right choice when due time, whatever that choice may be!!!
MAY G-D PROTECT US AND LEAD US TOWARDS HEALING, LOVE, COMPASSION AND GREATNESS FOR ALL!!!

1. Humans are humans everywhere! As my book title suggests- “Level of crazy, like an A**hole everybody has one!”
2. The human condition exists in all countries!
3. Italy definitely has a unique balance of work, community and play!
4. Positive role models are important, Money see Money do!
5. Respect, Passion, Creativity, Love is key!
6. One with Nature! Seasonal eating and living off the land! Fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, herb medicine and water from the mountains!
7. Family Pride – Tommy has a big family here… they are all talented and some are famous. They are artist, musicians, electricians, florists, and other creative professionals and good people doing their best managing the crazy

Recently, I’ve been going deep into healing certain emotional triggers that I’ve had for many many many years!
You may relate, its the emotional triggers that make you feel:
unworthy
disliked
disconnected
alone
isolated
depressed
and the rest of it…
Though, I’ve been doing pretty good using my EQ tools to transform and always go from reactive crazy (RC)™ into proactive crazy (PC)™ reminding myself I’m good, I’m loved and I’m connected. I just didn’t feel like I fully got it!! ‍♀

The other day, I got a Soul Nudge (SN) ™ its when your intuition is nudging you to do something. I was being nudged to go to the Kabblaah Center.
Its a great place and I use to be a close long time member. I since come and go and always get a golden nugget when I’m there! ✨
So, here’s what I recently got and its made all the difference in the world!
These are one of the 72 names of G-D for the power of Unconditional Love.
Why is this important????
Because if we DON’T TRULY LOVE OURSELVES, WE CAN’T LOVE OR ACCEPT ANOTHER!!!!!!!
THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STEMS FROM! ESPECIALLY DURING THESE DIVIDED TIME!!!
See, when someone says or does something to us, if we don’t feel this unconditional love for ourselves we insistently take that comment, or action from the other as a personal attack and we insistently feel DEFENSIVE and UNLOVED!!! ‍♀
But image, FEELING LOVED NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE DOES, OR SAYS??
THEY CAN HAVE THEIR TRUTH AND I CAN HAVE MINE! Sure, I do strongly believe in the physical reality in front of me, but I don’t need to argue or make a drama out of it!
We can both express our opinions and move on either to lunch or our separate ways!!
These letters and the ability to meditate on them when feeling triggered has really been a gamer changer for me!
I invite you to try it yourself especially as we come to this next important time in our year – High Holy Days where we create our next 365 days and the rest of our lives!!
