Alla Esther Levy

Alla Esther Levy, EIS, MSH, UCC  is the creator of the Recognize & Manage Your Level of Crazy™ Formula, also widely known as the Level of Crazy™ Method, a practical approach that helps leaders and teams transform stress and burnout into clarity and results.

Alla is a socially conscious leader, emotional intelligence strategist, and the visionary behind The Ei-EQ Institute™, a global movement dedicated to helping people and organizations shift from Reactive Crazy™ to Proactive Crazy™, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and strategically.

With over two decades of experience in leadership development, emotional intelligence, holistic wellness, and spiritual coaching, Alla brings a rare mix of deep insight, grounded strategy, and just the right dose of humor to every space she enters. As a Certified Emotional Intelligence Strategist, Life & Wellness Coach, Minister of Spiritual Healing, and Undercover Comedian, her approach is both lighthearted and transformational.

Through her signature tools—the EQ Archetype Quiz™ and The ASS Protocol™ (Awareness, Strategy, Serenity) Alla helps leaders and teams break through burnout, reconnect with purpose, and achieve sustainable success from the inside out.

As CEO of the institute, she leads with heart and humility, offering EQ-based leadership programs, group healing experiences, corporate consulting, and facilitator trainings for schools, companies, and mission-driven organizations around the world. Whether on stage, in a workshop, or coaching one-on-one, Alla creates safe, engaging spaces that foster emotional awareness, strategic clarity, and authentic connection.

Alla is also the author of the refreshingly honest and entertaining book, “Level of Crazy: Like an Ahole, Everybody Has One,” a practical guide to using your Crazy to create clarity, purpose, and meaningful results.

In addition to her work at the Ei-EQ Institute™, Alla co-directs the Florida Balance Centers with her life and business partner, Tom. Together, they support clients struggling with vertigo, dizziness, balance and pain management conditions. They use a holistic model of healing based on functional movement, nutrition, acupuncture, and emotional health.

She lives in sunny Florida, where she enjoys beach walks, deep conversations, and a mutual respect for Tom’s Crazy and her own.
